Youth Medical form must be brought to each youth event attended.
Youth Scholarship Application form is for youth to apply for financial aid for different diocesan youth events, Kanuga events, EYE, Provincial events, mission trip etc…

Youth Ministry Team Application is for any youth in the 8th grade (spring of that year) or above who would like to apply to be on the YMT of the diocese. Two letters of recommendation are required with this application. Also, attendance at the YMT retreat commonly held in the spring is required.
We are beginning to accept applications for 2008-09. Applications are due in the diocesan office by Friday, Feb. 29th, 2008. If you have any questions, please contact Aimee Bostwick. We ask that you submit your application that you realize the commitment that comes with the honor of serving on YMT. Please prayerfully consider your time schedule including sports, academics and other church activities. Meetings are several times a year, often held in Roanoke and involve a nights stay.
