September:
6th: YMT meeting at Evans House from 9:00 until 5:00
7th : Stop Hunger Now Event with Emmanuel Staunton
October
2nd-5th: Province III network meeting. 4 YMT youth and 2 adults needed to attend.
5th: Lynchburg Convocation meeting- youth element will be planned. 2:30 at St. Paul’s in Lynchburg. We will finish by 4:30
12th: Roanoke Convocation meeting at Trinity in Moneta beginning at 2:30. We will end by 4:30
17th-19th: Mass on the Mountain at Bear Mountain in Amherst. Come join our Monacan brothers and sisters as we camp, hike, celebrate the Eucharist atop Bear Mountain and participate in a sacred sweat to prepare for the Eucharist. This will prove to be an unforgettable weekend. We will finish early on Sunday morning so people can return home for other activities.
19th: Abingdon convocation meeting at St. Thomas in Abingdon beginning at 2:30. We will end by 4:30.
26th: New River Convocation meeting at Christ Church in Blacksburg at 3:00. We will end at 5:00.
NOVEMBER
1st: Diocesan Art Day at St. John’s Roanoke- youth are very much encouraged to attend- workshops on photography, painting, making Anglican rosaries etc… will be offered.
2nd: Augusta convocation meeting at Emmanuel Covington at 3:00 pm. We will finish at 5:00.
14th-16th: Fall Youth Event for all 8th-12th graders at Phoebe Needles.
DECEMBER
27th-January 1st: Winterlight at Kanuga for all 9th-12th graders. Visit www.kanuga.org for more information and to register for this unforgettable event.
JANUARY
23rd-25th: Youth At Council
FEBRUARY
20th-22nd Youthworkers weekend with Fran McKendree
MARCH:
13th-15th YMT retreat at Phoebe Needles
APRIL:

1st-3rd: SYE at Phoebe Needles for all 5th-8th graders
